NAVAJO NATION, ARIZONA

Experience Mission

Our teams will partner with local Pastors and their church community as we serve families in remote desert communities through home repair projects, Kids Club and church outreach programs. While we are there, we hope to also connect with Naomi’s House, one of our global partners serving on the Navajo Reservation. They serve indigenous children in group foster homes and have just added a second location on the Pine Ridge Reservation!

SIERRA LEONE, AFRICA

Enable the Children – World Hope

Enable the Children is a therapeutic ministry of World Hope International based in Freetown, Sierra Leone, Africa. Physical and occupational therapists visit homes of families to teach them how to care and support their children who are living with a disability. Culturally, these children are seen as “devil children” and “witches” and endure horrific abuse and neglect.

Our team will join the ETC staff to assist with the in-home therapy, visit with local carpenters who make the therapeutic devices, encourage local church staff, and provide a retreat day for the ETC staff.
